Trimming the fat

In regards to PC/OS 2009.1 we have found several packages that can be removed safely and without causing system instability. I discovered a majority of these working on OpenCore 2.0 which has shrunk by the way by over 100mb. Anyhow, since PC/OS 2009.1 is mainly an update and cleanup release trimming the fat is one of the must do's for the release. More info is forthcoming.
