PC/OS Virtual Machine Delayed Indefinately

I have the product ready, I have the ISO built and I cant post it.

When I first started this initiative I went to Sun Microsystems and explained what I wanted to do, how I wanted to do it and distribute it. I was told fine, it was a great idea, Showcased Suns xVM technology and it was a win win. Well not so. This morning I was e-mailed and told that Sun doesnt want me distributing the packages from the site because they are just under a Personal Use and Evaluation License after I was given the go ahead. The funny thing is that I even asked about that and was told I was OK. I was told I can redistribute the OSE package and that was the only permitted redistributable package. Well the one in the Ubuntu repositories is old, I tried to compile 2.0.4 OSE but it keeps failing. So with so little time left, Im stuck with either publishing with the old release or postponing until Suns nimrod developers can help me decipher the error messages. or ship with Xen and/or ship with VMPlayer. So it will be delayed until questions are answered. Basically, I had the rug pulled out from under my feet less than 24 hours before I intended to ship.

I do apologize, this was a release that a bunch of people were waiting for and I hate to have to do this.
