We have just released experimental kernel packages. These are mostly for power users and tinkerers. These are not meant for mission critical deployments.
Three known issues. Binary video drivers will not work. Uninstall the nvidia and ATI drivers and reinstall after you reboot with your new kernel. If you use the AFS distributed Filesystem, which most desktop users wont, it will render your system unusable. Wireless depending on the chipset is unstable.
