Today we are pleased to announce a new partnership with Sourceforge.net. Sourceforge.net will be providing Enterprise CRM services for PC/OpenSystems LLC as well as our custom Linux distribution, Black Lab Linux. These services will be going into effect January 15, 2014.
Mr. Roberto Dohnert, the lead system designer for PC/OpenSystems LLC and the head developer for Black Lab Linux gave us these comments, "With Sourceforge.net providing us with Customer Relationship Management tools, and enhancing the services that we can access its definitely a major plus for our users and customers. We will be utilizing these tools to interact with our open source user base, our enterprise and education customers. They will be able to report bugs and other issues they may have and we will get back to them with faster response times than we already have." when asked about any downtime Mr. Dohnert said, "Our users and customers will not see any downtime while we implement these services and when we launch the Black Lab support network in April this will help speed things up and make it more efficient."
