As of Friday, April 11, 2014 we have come to terms with International Business Machines on the terms of acquiring the trademark for OS/4 or Operating System/4.
While many of you may remember our fiasco back in November 2013 regarding these trademarks and the previous fight with them in court over the trademarks. This does not immediately affect our Black Lab Linux distribution this will allow us to offer upgrades to existing customers and to be able to offer them the necessary legal assurances that usage of that product will not affect them at all.
