Mandatory Services
Update Packs - We provide users with Update Packs which brings all Xandros OpenDesktop, Cloud and OpenServer systems up to day
Installation support - We will walk you through the install of Xandros OpenDesktop, Openserver or Cloud on your systems from start to finish as well as help you configure your system post install.
E-Mail and Phone Support - We provide a full 12 months of e-mail support as well as 6 months of phone support. After the 6 months you can still get phone support but that will accrue an extra charge.
Physical Media Support - We provide you with a live install medium of your choice for initial install and upon request for any updated releases free of charge within the 12 month period. This medium includes, LiveDVD, LiveUSB Flash Drive, Live MicroSD card, LiveSD card.
Optional Services
On-Site support - We will come to your business or facility and install Black Lab Enterprise Linux on any and all systems for which you are licensed.
Datacenter Consultation - We will inventory all your systems including all Linux, UNIX, Windows and Mac based systems and make sure all systems are completely patched as well as inventory and report any known license issues for you.
System Repair - Upon our visit we will also make necessary repairs or expansion to any system in your datacenter. This included memory and hard drive replacement, motherboard replacement, power supply replacement. You can also ship any systems to our facilities and we will provide these services as well

Support Prices and hours of operation
OpenDesktop Essentials $25.00 USD per desktop per year - This includes full e-mail and phone support 12 hrs a day/5 days a week with a 4 hour to 24 hour response times for new requests
OpenDesktop Advantage $35.00 USD per desktop per year - This includes full e-mail and phone support 24 hrs a day/5 days a week with a 2 hour to 12 hour response time for new requests
OpenDesktop Ultimate $50.00 USD per desktop per year - This includes full e-mail and phone support 24 hrs a day 7 days a week with a response time of 30 minutes to 3 hours response time for new requests.
OpenServer Essentials $50.00 USD per server per year - This includes full e-mail and phone support 12 hrs a day/5 days a week with a 4 hour to 24 hour response times for new requests
OpenServer Advantage $99.99 USD per server per year - This includes full e-mail and phone support 24 hrs a day/5 days a week with a 2 hour to 12 hour response time for new requests.
OpenServer Ultimate $120.00 USD per server per year - This includes full e-mail and phone support 24 hrs a day 7 days a week with a response time of 30 minutes to 3 hours response time for new requests. Onsite support is available upon request (additional charges may apply)
