Secure card payments can be made through our payment partner, Paypal during Checkout. You do not have to be registered or even hold a Paypal account to use your credit/debit card and make a payment to us. Most major cards are accepted including American Express, Mastercard, Visa.

Returns and Refunds
All license sales are final. Once your ISO has been downloaded, you have effectively torn the shrinkwrap off of physical media, and there is no way for us to return that to stock. PC/OpenSystems LLC delivers the world leading commercial Linux desktop systems. With our focus on desktop systems we deliver support to hundreds of existing customers in the enterprise, education and research markets. All copies of PC/OS Desktop and Server subscriber releases are delivered via physical medium. Download services are available for Self Support only upon request.
Our support tiers are as follows for PC/OS Desktop.
Self Support
The Self support option is a 12 month support option. You get e-mail and group support for a 12 month period. This option is for those environments where competent Linux experience and service ability is already present.
Standard Support
The Standard Support option is a 12 month support option. Customers get e-mail, phone and group support 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Support tickets open get a 48 to 72 hour response. This support option is for those environments where you may employ limited Linux experience and service ability. On-site support and on-site installation services are available as well.
Priority Support
The Priority Support option is a 36 month support option. Customers get e-mail, phone and group support 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Support tickets open get a 24 to 48 hour response. This support option also gets new releases and updated ISO's and media 14 days before public release. This support option is for those environments where you may employ limited Linux experience and service ability. On-site support and on-site installation services are available as well with this option .
