LTS releases vs non LTS releases

LTS releases will always be a major fixture with PC/OS, but one thing we have had is the request to do non-lts releases.  For this we have come up with a numbering scheme.  LTS releases will have the numeric year, the non-lts releases will have a numerical value.  The release of PC/OS for December will be PC/OS 10.0, the next LTS release will be in 2010 and it will be named, PC/OS 2010.
