Today we are releasing the Roadmap for the development of Black Lab Linux. 2015 we had a very interesting year and in 2016 we plan to keep that momentum going. During the year we will working on ports to the Steam machines as well as the XBox One and Playstation 4. We also have new plans for Enterprise, Education and the positioning of Server 7 Service Pack 1 as we will be working on making it available to SGI customers as well as IBM Linux Mainframe users. This is the software roadmap the hardware roadmap will be available in February.

July 4, 2016 –
Black Lab Server 7 Service Pack 1 Released – This is a bug and
feature fix as well as an ISO remaster. We will also be working on
compatibility with SGI systems as well as the IBM LinuxOne system.
By this time we should have it certified for the Microsoft Azure
platform.
